If you still couldn't receive the items that you bought, it might because of the poor net connection or the change of device. You can provide us with the screenshot of the purchase record. We would check it on our end and solve the problem for you.

The screenshot you provide should preferably include the items purchased, the price of the items, order number and order date. Thank you!
